During this holiday season we will be upgrading MediaLab Cloud to a new hardware platform. This maintenance will not result in any downtime of the platform, however some capacity will be scaled down during certain parts of the migration. During some periods, the transcoding may take slightly longer than expected or the up- and download speeds may be reduced.

This scheduled maintenance affected: MediaLab.app transfer (up/downloads) (FTP / FTPS, UDP, HTTPS), MediaLab.app queues (Transcoders), and Media storage (MediaLab Cloud AMS1 - media storage).
